We process all orders in the order they are received to ensure fair management and your satisfaction.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the weight, dimensions of the items, and your delivery region. GLS adjusts its rates to reflect cost fluctuations, including those related to fuel. Before completing your order, the exact shipping cost will be displayed in your cart, allowing you to review and confirm it transparently.

Once your package is shipped via GLS, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. This number will allow you to monitor your delivery’s progress in real time directly on the GLS website.
