You can personalize your medals with a full-color, sublimated logo or symbol on the front, providing a striking visual effect. In addition, you can also add laser-engraved text on the reverse. This text can comprise up to 3 lines, each with up to 25 characters. The engraving is carried out with laser precision to ensure optimum legibility and exceptional durability.
We accept files in the following formats: JPEG, PNG, PDF, PSD, AI, EPS, SVG and WebP. For optimal rendering during color sublimation, we recommend vector logos (AI, SVG).
We sublimate on aluminum diskettes in gold, silver, bronze or white.
Please note that white does not exist in sublimation. If your logo contains a lot of white, we’ll use a white floppy disk as a background. We generally prefer floppy disks in the same color as the medal, for a harmonious look. In addition, color gradations are not very well supported by sublimation due to the small size of the floppy disk, which can result in a pecked effect.
Yes, after your purchase, a PDF demo of your customization will be emailed to you within 12 to 24 business hours. Please check your spam folder in case the email is there. This free demo allows you to check all the details before production. We then await your response or approval by e-mail before proceeding with the personalization.
No, you cannot add a different logo to each medal. If you wish to use the same logo, you must order a minimum of 3 medals. For each new logo, you’ll need to create a new basket and add the corresponding medals with the desired logo.
No, the ribbons are not customizable, but you can choose from a wide selection of standard colors. Our high quality ribbons feature a ring fastener and a sturdy metal clip, guaranteeing a strong, durable hold for your medals.
You must order a minimum of 3 sublimated medals per color. This allows you to meet the exact requirements of your event while respecting our ordering conditions.
